It serves as task manager, time tracker, internal chat and dashboard.Reporting: I use ClickUp’s in-built dashboards for real-time reporting. Sometimes, I also use spreadsheets for more data analysis.Email: Google Mail managed with Spark Mail.Video calls: Google Meet (which is free with our email plan).Invoicing and financial reporting: Zoho Books.AI: ChatGPT and Google Gemini (though, I don’t use it as much as I could be).Design: Primarily Canva. I don’t use it as a planner, only a journal (recording events, thoughts, feelings at the end of the day).
